 The Wine List is a hand-picked seasonal selection of over 400 wines, showcasing a variety from main wine producing regions around the world, tailored to the seasonal mood and menu.  Based on the principle of origins, the list pays tribute to the terroir of each region, allowing guests to taste and discover the roots of the wines, which, in a more classical program, are traditionally forgotten.   Guests can enjoy wines in a variety of different formats, from more than twenty different wines by the glass to wines served from the half decanter and larger formats such as jeroboams and magnums, which allow for better aging and ultimately a better wine. In building the menu and wine list together, the result is a unique ability for both reds and whites to match perfectly with every dish.  This allows for the opportunity for the entire table to enjoy one great bottle of wine, and for each guest to also discover new flavor combinations and aromas on their own.
