March 18: Cherry Blossom Pastry Class. Take part in the National Cherry Blossom Festival and learn how to make Cherry Macaroons! Each year in March, the City of Washington, D.C. commemorates the 1912 gift of 3,000 cherry trees from Mayor Yukio Ozaki of Tokyo to the city. Acclaimed Executive Pastry Chef Fabrice Bendano will also teach students how to make Almond Financiers. Hours: 11:30am to 2:30pm. $75 per person.
May 13: Mother's Day Pastry Class. Treat Mom to a unique culinary experience led by Executive Pastry Chef Fabrice Bendano who will teach students how to make Raspberry Macaroons and Pineapple Cakes. Hours: 11:30am to 2:30pm. $75 per person.
July 22: Summer Fruits Pastry Class. Celebrate the warmth of D.C. summer days and join Executive Pastry Chef Fabrice Bendano who will teach students how to make Passion Fruit Macaroons and Cheese Gougères. Hours: 11:30am to 2:30pm. $75 per person.
September 23: Fall Pastry Class. Looking for a fun Sunday activity with your friends or family? Join Executive Pastry Chef Fabrice Bendano and learn how to make Chocolate & Lemon Macaroons as well as Madeleines cookies. Hours: 11:30am to 2:30pm. $75 per person.
November 18: Thanksgiving Pastry Class. Give thanks and treat your loved ones to homemade Pumpkin Macaroons! But first, let Executive Pastry Chef Fabrice Bendano teach you how to make those exquisite sweets. And if you are still hungry, you will also learn how to bake Pumpkin Spice Soufflés! Hours: 11:30am to 2:30pm. $75 per person.
December 16: Holiday Pastry Class. 'Tis the Season to indulge! Chef Fabrice Bendano will teach students how to make Chestnut Macaroons and Chocolate "Moelleux". Hours: 11:30am to 2:30pm. $75 per person.
